RATES
Our rates vary throughout the year and all online bookings are charged per room not per person on a room only basis. The best value can be found on weekdays throughout the year. Although rates do increase during some school holidays we try to keep this difference as low as possible to help families. Booking direct via our website or by phone will usually give you the best deal and any questions just ask.
If you have a larger group booking or your party wont fit in one room then contact us direct as we can often save you money and charge you per person not always by room capacity.
ROOMS
We offer different room sizes sleeping from 4 to 12 people with the majority of rooms having ensuite shower rooms and all rooms are private use only (No sharing with people you dont know!)

9 Bed Bunkroom
We have linked two bedrooms to create a 9 bed bunkroom. You enter the room into a small lobby with a seperate shower room and toilet and on one side you find two sets of triple height bunkbeds sleeping 6 and on the other side another set of triple height beds sleeping 3. There is hanging space for clothes, dressing area with hairdryer and bench seating and TV.
7 Bed Bunkroom
The 7 bed bunkroom is at the front of the building on the 2nd floor and has one triple height bunkbed sleeping 3 and two normal bunkbeds sleeping 4. You will find a TV, clothes rail and hair dryer and bench seating and a private ensuite shower room & toilet.
12 Bed XXL Bunkroom
The big daddy of them sleeping 12 people on custom made triple height bunks with walk up stair ladder and bench seating and table and dressing area with hairdryer and ironing facilities provided. You get 2 separate shower rooms and toilets and the high ceilings and large bay window give you feeling of space.
4 Bed Bunkroom
The 4 bed bunkroom is at the rear of the building on the 2nd floor and has two sets of bunkbeds sleeping 4. You will find a TV, clothes rail and hair dryer and a private ensuite shower room & toilet.
